Cinnamon banana milkshake
Ingredients:
- 2 overripe bananas
- a glass of plant milk (give the poor cow a break)
- 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon
- a few drops of vanilla extract
This is a good way to put those good ol’ bananas that are on the verge of resurrection to a good use. It’s vegan, raw and magnificent.

Put everything into the mixing container (pitcher is also perfect), crank up your immersion blender all the way up to 11 and enjoy the results. Experiment with the amount of milk for perfectly smooth texture.
I used half rice milk, half unsweetened almond milk (that’s what I had on hand) with great results.
